How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Eaglesnone Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If You Have a Problem With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Eaglesnone Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@eaglesnone.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you would like
What Happens Next
We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If It Is Still Not Resolved
If you are not satisfied with our reply, write back and ask for another review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
